I haven't done aerobics in decades, and I hate running, and the first class kicked my butt something awful, but it was fun. What I like about it (besides the music and the dance-like moves that let me pretend I was destined to be on So You Think You Can Dance) is that I didn't feel like I needed to get everything perfect right away--it was okay to not get all the steps and arm movements and butt wiggles the first (or second, or fifth) time. All I had to do was keep moving. And I feel like I'm catching on now, so it's even more fun. (Don't make the mistake I did before my first class and eat a big burrito an hour and a half before it starts. I've found I have to eat very lightly, and not less than three hours before it starts.) Oh, and bring a lot of water. Hope you have a good time!Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15488065525840256413noreply@blogger.com
