3.1 Phillip Lim for Target Wishlist

Phillip Lim, designer of the famous zippered handbag that every other blogger seems to have (I say that with envy, not snark), is the bringing his 3.1 Phillip Lim brand to Target for their newest designer collaboration. And I am pretty excited and scared for my checking account.
