I finally saw The Avengers last night when I bought it for hubs on Blu-ray. It was pretty good. In general, I don't like action movies. They bore me. But I don't mind super hero movies as much for some reason. It didn't hurt that The Avengers has plenty of eye candy.
We also watched part of Lady and the Tramp last night. I'm trying to slowly build up our Disney movie collection, and this one was on sale at Target yesterday. Plus, I'm trying to distract Bridget from wanting to watch The Lion King every single night. A couple nights ago, our pick was Shrek, followed by Shrek 2 (I know, not Disney), which neither of us had seen since it came out. It wasn't as good as the first one, but some of the pop culture references made me chuckle.
As for my outfit, this is the fourth time I've worn this dress on the blog, and I've attempted to style it a little differently each time by adding different accessories. I'm calling this one my "trendy" look with the collar necklace and booties. I almost returned this necklace, but I'm glad I didn't. I think it's cute. It's from Charlotte Russe, so it was cheap anyway. Next time I wear this dress, I think I'm going to layer it up and do a fall-themed look. I just remembered looking back at the last time I wore this dress that I mentioned it looks like a Star Trek uniform. Hmm, I still haven't decided on a Halloween costume, so....maybe.
