Really, I think I was more expecting a comment on all the green I was wearing today, which is why I was probably caught off guard at first. And then I made matters worse in my own mind by getting Green Giant juice for lunch (a mix of apple, lime, cucumber, and wheat grass). This calls for another appearance of my Jolly Green Giant Halloween costume from 2008. All kidding aside, I did like the tone-on-tone aspect of my outfit today, and I don't hate tucking my shirts into pants as much as I used to.
You look great! I love the shades of green and the pop of leopard. And your costume is hilarious. Thanks so much for linking up with us today!
ReplyDeletei love the tone on tone green, rebekah! thanks for showing it off in our link up. and it's funny, sometimes i experience the same types of comments from people in encounter at work about something that i'm wearing that seems completely commonplace to me but i guess is a little different to others? hopefully we're broadening people's minds though!
ReplyDeleteI am also a fan of the tone on tone green and I love your leopard pumps! Also, I love St. Patrick's Day and I thought you were just in your St. Patty's Day greenery before I read that it was your Jolly Green Giant costume. I always look like Green threw up on me on St. Patrick's Day.
ReplyDeleteI wore leopard flats today, too!
ReplyDeleteThese clothes fit you so well that they look like they were custom tailored! I really like the green on green.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful monochromatic look and the leopard heels were perfectly paired. Leopard is definitely a neutral in my book too. Heather
ReplyDeleteI think the greens are just different enough to create an interesting contrast. And those pants look great on you!
ReplyDeleteI totally dig the green pants - what a fun color. They're current, being colored pants, but they're not obnoxious :) I love, love, love green with leopard, too, so nice call on the shoes!! :)
