Current Weight: 196 (down .4 lb)
I have no idea how I lost weight this week (barely), but I'm not complaining! By Thursday night, I was fresh out of weekly points. Friday and Saturday, I did OK; but Sunday, I pretty much ate everything in sight. My husband is on this new kick of walking to the lake and back, which is 2 miles round trip, so we'll see if he can convince me to do that this week. That would definitely help get me back on track!
